OMODA & JAECOO opens seventh UAE showroom at Dubai's Oasis Mall

OMODA & JAECOO has opened its seventh showroom in the UAE, with a new 800-square-meter facility at Oasis Mall on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. The opening marks the latest expansion for the Chinese automotive brands, which have surpassed 5,000 vehicle sales in the UAE market.

Operated by Autorun OJC Car Trading LLC, the official dealer for OMODA and JAECOO in Dubai, the showroom features a dedicated entrance facing the main road and offers customers direct access to the brands' range of SUVs and crossovers. The facility complements Autorun's existing showroom on Al Ittihad Road in Deira.

Brand Background and Global Performance

The brands are owned by Chery Automobile, one of China's largest automotive manufacturers, and were established specifically for international markets outside China. Globally, OMODA & JAECOO exceeded one million cumulative vehicle sales within three years of launch.

The Oasis Mall location spans four levels across 1.44 million square feet, housing approximately 98 stores and offering 1,500 free parking spaces. Managed by the Landmark Group, the mall provides straightforward access for customers from nearby residential and business communities along one of Dubai's main commercial corridors.

UAE Market Context

The expansion comes as SUVs account for approximately 50 to 60 percent of new car demand in the UAE automotive market, making them the dominant vehicle segment. The UAE automotive market recorded approximately 335,772 units in sales in 2025, representing a 5.4 percent increase from the previous year.

Chinese automotive brands are rapidly expanding in the UAE market, with buyers attracted by their value proposition and advanced technology features, particularly in budget and mid-range segments. Autorun was officially appointed as the exclusive dealer for OMODA & JAECOO in Dubai in early 2025, with plans announced then for showrooms on Al Ittihad Road and Sheikh Zayed Road.

The new showroom displays a range of models covering compact crossovers, family SUVs and premium off-road-inspired vehicles. Visitors can explore vehicle features and ownership options, and arrange test drives with the Autorun team.

The opening at Oasis Mall represents a further step in Autorun's Dubai expansion strategy and its efforts to strengthen customer access to the two automotive brands across the emirate.
