Ras Al Khaimah Police have relocated the Traffic Violations Branch to the ENOC registration village for a brief period while conducting an operational exercise, with services resuming at the main center later the same day.

Ras Al Khaimah Police temporarily relocated the Traffic Violations Branch to the ENOC registration village on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, while conducting an operational exercise at the main facility.
The branch, which operates under the Traffic Investigations and Control Section at the Traffic and Licensing Services Centre, began operating from the temporary location at 10am. However, services returned to the main center on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Salem Road in Khalifa Bin Zayed City later the same day, according to a subsequent update from RAK Police.
During the brief relocation, motorists were able to access all traffic violation services at the ENOC registration village, including traffic fine inquiries, violation settlements and related procedures. For enquiries, customers could call 07 205 3722.
About the temporary location
The ENOC registration village, also known as Tasjeel RAK Auto Village, is the UAE's largest Tasjeel facility. Spanning over 50,000 square metres, the facility can serve more than 1,000 vehicles daily and was inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, in November 2017.
The facility offers comprehensive services beyond vehicle testing, including traffic fine inquiries, violation settlements, insurance, renewal and registration procedures. Additional amenities include service stations, convenience stores and restaurants, making it a one-stop destination for motorists.
Tasjeel is a joint venture between ENOC and Dubai Police established in 1999. The service took over vehicle testing from Sharjah Police in 2006, becoming the testing and registration provider in the northern emirates.
Alternative service channels
RAK Police offers multiple channels for traffic fine inquiries and payments beyond in-person visits. Motorists can access services through the RAK Police website, the Ministry of Interior website and mobile app, and smart teller machines located across the emirate.
The Department of Traffic and Licensing's permanent location operates from Sunday to Thursday between 7:30am and 3:00pm, and on Friday from 7:30am to 12:00pm.
