BR Shetty files $15 billion claim against Bank of Baroda

The NMC Healthcare and UAE Exchange founder submitted the case to the Bombay High Court on Tuesday, according to Reuters, which examined the court documentation. His claims include forged signatures, contested transfers and repeated money-laundering warnings that he alleges the bank ignored.
