Pricing and project terms

The listing also puts the starting price for a kitchen facelift at AED 12,000 and fitted wardrobes at AED 1,150 per meter. All advertised prices exclude VAT; the company says each quotation shows the 5% tax separately.

NAK Interior says customers receive a free site visit, followed within 48 hours by a fixed written quotation. It describes a staged payment schedule with no large upfront payment and offers a two-year workmanship warranty on bathroom renovations.

Services and staffing

The company, whose full name is Noor AlKhair Interior Decor LLC, describes itself as a licensed UAE interior fit-out business. It says its own fitting crew and Ajman joinery factory handle the work, rather than subcontractors.

Its services range from individual room upgrades to complete renovations of villas, apartments and offices. Bathroom projects include re-waterproofing and a flood test, while kitchen options cover both fitted kitchens and facelifts.

The custom joinery offering includes wardrobes, walk-in closets, beds, vanities, TV units and media walls. The company also installs gypsum false ceilings with cove lighting. The listing provides 058 590 5841 for calls and WhatsApp inquiries.

Approval requirements in Dubai

A 2026 approval guide from contractor Decorious says a permit must generally be approved before Dubai renovation work begins if the project alters walls or ceilings, or changes electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning or fire-safety systems.

The guide says painting, wallpaper, loose furniture and like-for-like replacement of fittings usually do not require that approval. Building-management notification and a work permit are nevertheless typically needed even for permit-exempt work.

Dubai Municipality separately offers a service called "Self Permit to Carry Out Decorative Works." Subject to conditions, it allows licensed building contracting and decor companies to obtain an instant, self-issued permit for decorative work in building units larger than 100 square meters.

UAE fit-out market context

Ken Research's UAE Interior Fit-Out Market report for 2026–2031 values the market at USD 3.02 billion in 2025 and projects it will reach USD 4.59 billion by 2031. The forecast represents a compound annual growth rate of 7.23%. Dubai was the largest regional market in 2025, contributing 58% of revenue, or about USD 1.75 billion.

The report also links demand for residential upgrades, tenant improvements and handover-related fit-out work to Dubai's real estate transaction pipeline. It records 226,000 transactions in 2024, a 36% increase from the previous year, with a total value of AED 761 billion.
