Recruitment across five global hubs

Schneider Electric will recruit the first group through five of its global hubs: Boston; Paris and Grenoble; Dubai; Bangalore; and Shanghai.

The program combines work on business and customer challenges with structured learning, mentoring and customer exposure. Participants will take on responsibility and gain practical experience from the outset, while having opportunities to build connections within a global community.

Charise Le, Schneider Electric's chief human resources officer, said: "Early-career talent should not have to wait years to make a meaningful contribution. Through Energy Tech Accelerator, participants will learn across the business, take on real challenges and build the capabilities and confidence to help shape a more sustainable energy future."

Building skills for digital energy systems

The accelerator forms part of Schneider Electric's workforce investment as energy systems grow more digital and interconnected. Its focus brings together technical expertise, digital skills and an understanding of customer needs.

Schneider Electric CEO Olivier Blum said: "Our ability to lead will depend on people who can connect engineering depth, digital intelligence, and customer needs. Energy Tech Accelerator is a deliberate investment in that next generation of talent and in our capacity to deliver a more efficient, resilient, and sustainable energy future."
