Views through the floor and across Dubai

The transparent floors let visitors look directly beneath their feet as well as across the surrounding landscape. Four ledges face Palm Jumeirah's branches and crescent, with the Arabian Gulf beyond; the remaining four look toward Dubai's skyline.

Visitors can pose for photos on the ledges, with the setting shifting from daylight views to sunset light and the illuminated city after dark.

The observation deck occupies the top of The Palm Tower, 240 meters above sea level. According to Khaleej Times, it was promoted at its opening as Palm Jumeirah's highest vantage point. Nakheel developed the tower, which connects to Nakheel Mall.

Admission options

Khaleej Times reported on October 22, 2026, that general admission, including the ledges, starts at Dh115 for adults and Dh80 for children. Tickets can be booked through the attraction's website.

The View's official website, accessed in October 2026, also lists a premium admission option called The Next Level, starting at Dh190, alongside standard admission from Dh115.

Prices at the attraction's 2021 opening started at AED100 for adults and AED69 for juniors, according to Nakheel. At that time, fast-track admission began at AED175 and VIP lounge packages at AED350. Children younger than four were admitted free, while Emirates ID holders could receive a discount covering themselves and up to five guests.

Five years of visitors

The View opened to the public on April 7, 2021, according to developer Nakheel. It is part of Dubai Holding Entertainment, whose other attractions include Dubai Parks and Resorts, Ain Dubai and Global Village, Khaleej Times reported.

The attraction says it has received millions of visitors representing 130 countries since opening. Its fifth-anniversary tally includes 1,825 sunrises, 1,825 sunsets and 40 proposals.

The venue also says 300 professional photographers have chosen its 360-degree outlook to photograph Palm Jumeirah and Dubai from above.
