BDP International Lists Logistics Service Coordinator Vacancy

BDP International is seeking a Logistics Service Coordinator through Bayt.com to manage orders, coordinate shipments and handle customs processing. The posting gives conflicting experience requirements: the job description asks for more than three years, while a separate candidate panel says no experience is required.

Responsibilities and qualifications

The coordinator would handle orders from start to finish, checking customer orders for plausibility, planning and booking transportation, and tracking shipments. The role also covers import and export customs processing, documentation, administration, invoicing, filing and freight audit payments.

Customer communication includes internal and external shipment reporting by mail, phone and EDI. The coordinator would troubleshoot operational problems, report non-conformance against KPIs and work with approved subcontractors at agreed rates. The description calls for timely, error-free order handling and documentation.

The job description requests more than three years of detailed experience with logistics and forwarding operations, regulations and documentation. A professional degree from a licensed institution specializing in logistics and forwarding is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft applications or other market-leading software.

The separate "Preferred candidate" panel lists "No experience required" and a bachelor's degree or higher diploma. The posting does not reconcile that experience statement with the requirement in the job description.

The page displays February 21, 2027, alongside a notice that applications close in 119 days. It directs applicants to the company site.
