Citi Developers becomes UFC's official luxury real estate partner across EMEA
Citi Developers, a UAE-based luxury real estate developer, and UFC, the world's premier mixed martial arts organization, announced a landmark partnership naming Citi Developers the Official Luxury Real Estate Partner of UFC across Europe, Middle East and Africa. The agreement runs from 2026 to 2028.
Under the collaboration, Citi Developers gains category exclusivity within the luxury real estate sector for EMEA and will benefit from prominent visibility across UFC events in North America, Latin America, Europe, and all Middle East events. The partnership also includes integrated presence across UFC's digital platforms, content initiatives, and fan engagement activations.
The partnership comes as UFC's commercial appeal continues to grow, with the organization's sponsorship revenue reaching $314 million in 2025, representing a 25% year-over-year increase. An international marketing campaign has already launched to maximize visibility across key markets and strengthen both brands' global presence.
Nicholas Smith, TKO Senior Vice President, Global Partnerships & Head of International, and Zoraiz Malik, CEO of Citi Developers, have overseen the strategic alliance, which unites two organizations committed to excellence, performance, innovation, wellness, and the pursuit of human potential. The collaboration reflects a growing convergence between luxury living, longevity, recovery, and high-performance lifestyles.
Developer's track record and vision
Founded in 2013, Citi Developers has grown into an international development brand with projects and operations spanning the UAE, the United Kingdom, and Pakistan. The company specializes in creating exceptional residential and lifestyle destinations inspired by neo-luxury principles, blending timeless design, wellness, creativity, and innovation to enhance how people experience their homes and communities.
Flagship wellness project
Among Citi Developers' flagship projects is AMRA, billed as the world's first integrative wellness resort. Located within Umm Al Quwain's pristine Blue Carbon Zone, the development will feature 820 fully furnished serviced residences across multiple sea-facing towers, with handover scheduled for Q4 2028.
AMRA offers over 470,000 square feet of wellness and leisure amenities designed around the 7 Pillars of Integrative Wellness, setting a new benchmark for wellness-focused living in the region. The project sits within a coastal lagoon ecosystem that plays a vital role in carbon sequestration and contributes to the UAE's 2050 carbon neutrality goals.
Umm Al Quwain launched its Sustainable Blue Economy Strategy 2031 at the World Government Summit 2022, establishing carbon-neutral zones and committing to expand mangrove cover threefold by 2031. The emirate is also investing AED 750 million in road infrastructure upgrades expected to reduce travel time to Dubai by nearly 45%, enhancing accessibility to developments like AMRA.
The UFC-Citi Developers partnership positions both organizations to capitalize on the intersection of luxury real estate and high-performance wellness lifestyles, targeting audiences who value excellence and innovation in their living environments.
